We've been in business 47 years. We do the complete job from beginning to end and are a "custom" builder. Customers can draw up their own prints or take one of the hundreds of prints available online and make changes to it.

Cam Sutherland and Sons Construction was founded in 1979 by Cam Sutherland and his wife April. Their son Trevor grew up in the business working on roofs, installing siding, and spending time around job sites throughout his teen years. Estimating, building, and talking with customers as a family is what makes their business model work.
